
In Your Progress Pack You will receive a food diary, diary to complete, and you will take part in 1:1 Nutritional Coaching.
Our trainers ensure that you eat a wide range of healthy foods to ensure that your body performs at its best and we also make sure that you are not deficient in major nutrients.
Session 1 - We introduce you to our 21 day detox program and ask you to complete a food diary
Session 2 - We review your food/water intake for the past week and advise you on your diet and hydration levels.
Session 3 - We carry out a final review to ensure you achieve fantastic results!
Like anything, Poor Performance stems from Lack of Preperation so we have instroduced a chart to record how long you have put asside each week to buy food and prepare it. It sounds a very simple concept, but 9 out of 10 clients fail to achieve their goals when they fail to plan!
