Our General Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
1. 24 Hrs Notice is required for the cancellation of sessions, no shows will be charged at £30 an hour, plus mileage for travel to and from the session at 40p per mile. The Charge will apply regardless of the reason.
2. Our Packages are 12 weeks in duration, during which time all sessions purchased must be taken, after that period the sessions will expire and cant be carried over.
3. Sessions will be for a period of 45 mins, in the event of late arrival for a session, that part of the session will be forfeited.
4. 2getfit do not issue refunds unless there has been a mistake on our part.
5. By signing this agreement you are agreeing that prior to your first session with your trainer you will read the section called “health & Safety” on the terms and conditions page at www.2getfit.co.uk and take any necessary steps to eliminate any potential hazards. You also agree to read and make your self familiar with the emergency action plans.
6. Here at 2getfit we aim to support you every step of the way. However if you are contacting us by telephone then we ask that you do so between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
7. Sessions can take place at your home, a public place or your place of work.
8. You acknowledge that you are taking the sessions entirely at your own risk.
9. Payment must be made by subscription via Paypal, Three monthly consecutive monthly payments will be collected, on the monthly anniversary of the sign up date. In the event that you stop the subscription without you making provision for the outstanding balance to be paid within three working days of the cancellation then you agree to be liable for any costs incurred 2getfit (the trading name of Colin Cumine)
10. The terms of this agreement may only be amended or varied by the 2getfit if done so in writing.

General Terms and Conditions Relating to Health & Safety
Emergency Action Plan
In a Public Place
1. In the event of an emergency you should follow instructions given by your trainer.
2. Your trainer will be carrying a mobile telephone should it be needed for an emergency.
3. Your trainer will be carrying a first aid kit should it be needed.
4. Your trainer is qualified in emergency first aid procedures and will administer first aid if required.
5. In the event of you becoming lost – you should find a local call box business or house and call 07810 163 468 to meet back up with your trainer.
6. In the event of death, injury or your trainer becoming unconscious you must ensure it is safe to do so before attempting to offer help/rescue.
7. You should program an emergency contact number in your phone under the name “ICE”; this will be the person to be contacted in the event of an emergency.
8. If you have any allergies/serious illnesses – you must carry suitable identifying methods/instructions which are pertinent to any medical assistance you may need.
Emergencies in the Home
1. In the event of fire you must leave the building and call the fire brigade.
2. In the event of you becoming ill, or injured your trainer will call an ambulance.
3. If your trainer becomes unconscious, try to roll him on his side and call an ambulance and call his next of kin which is called “ice” in his address book within his mobile telephone.
4. In the event of you slipping, falling you should not attempt to move unless you are in immediate danger and await further instructions from your trainer.
5. In the event of electrocution of any person you should switch the electricity off by the mains switch immediately and not attempt to touch the victim.
6. Your trainer will carry a first aid kit, should it be needed.
7. In the event of flooding you should switch off the water supply at the mains tap.

Tripping hazards electrical cords, furniture, rugs, etc. What can be done to eliminate?
Ensure the area you intend to train in and the entrance/walkway is clear from such hazards.
Burn hazards from kettles, fires, heaters, radiators. What can be done to eliminate?
Ensure to allocate a suitable space away from such hazards.
Pets, becoming viscous, jumping up, presenting tripping hazards. What can be done to eliminate?
Please ensure that there are no pets present!
Large Windows being smashed and falling: What can be done to eliminate?
Please make a space available to your trainer away from such hazards.
Poorly lit areas and poorly organised walkways presenting a tripping hazard: What can be done to eliminate?
Please ensure that walkways/areas intended for training are well lit and organised in a way that would not cause obstructions/tripping hazards.
Heavy furniture needing to be moved. What can be done to eliminate?
Please ensure that any furniture needing to be moved is done so prior to the start of the session.
Unsuitable surface covering. What can be done to eliminate?
Please ensure that there is no loose floor covering/surfaces that may move during exercise.
Loud noises from telephone, televisions, radios wich might cause distraction. What can be done to eliminate?
Please ensure that any audio equipment is kept to a suitably low noise level.
Sharp objects left lying around. What can be done to eliminate?
Please ensure that the area being used for exercise and walkways and entrances are free from such objects.
Chemical Risks
Please ensure that the area being used for exercise is free from strong household cleaning or other chemical substances.
