I signed up with Colin's boot camp at 2 Achieve in February of this year to build up my fitness levels, lose weight and build up my core stability strength as I have had a series of niggling injuries over the years and as a result of this and my long hours at work had put on too much extra weight for my liking. I also recently signed up for Colin's 6 week personal training programme to really give my fitness a boost and boy did it turn out to be a fantastic decision!! In 6 weeks I lost 10 pounds, 1.5 inches from around my waist and hugely increased my stamina, upper body and lower body strength by 150% from the starting point! I would hugely recommend the boot camp and personal training as not only do you achieve results you would never achieve by yourself but it is also done in a relaxed and fun environment. I can't thank Colin enough for his help and plan to keep pushing myself for greater results in the future!!
