I am 37 years old and live in West Lancashire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have worked with hundreds of clients and helped them to achieve weightloss, toning and better health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I offer a Personal Training Service in West Lancashire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I value being able to bring out the best in people when it comes to their health &amp;amp; Fitness goals.&amp;nbsp; More often than not clients come to me when they are struggling with thier diet &amp;amp; weight loss and I'm delighted to be able to turn things around for them. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;National statistics show a decline in gym memberships, in my opinion this is due to poor customer service, poor hygiene &amp;amp; the fact that the gyms don't care whether or not your acheiving your results.&amp;nbsp; They only care that you pay.&amp;nbsp; I have in the past worked for large commerical gyms However for these reasons I decided to work on a freelance basis and offer a quality service that people can rely on.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am a fully qualified, Advanced Personal Trainer and hold a Premier Diploma in Advanced Personal Training (the recognised Industry Gold Standard). (Level 3 of The Register of Exercise Professionals).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Additionally, I am qualified in Kettlebell Training (Premier) and I am fully qualified in Emergency First Aid Procedures.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My sporting background is in running. I have successfully run the Liverpool half marathon three times, achieving a personal best in 2009. In 2008 I also successfully completed the London Marathon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I believe &lt;i&gt;anything&lt;/i&gt; is possible. I am living proof! I started going to a gym approximately ten years ago and at that time I could barely walk up the stairs and my clothes had to be made especially for me (due to my size).
